The End of the Start
The first midterm exams for 68k finished today and the boys were excited to finally be done. Many students ate lunch in the front yard today, enjoying the nice weather.

Yesterday, Mr. Rod Jemison came to visit our school. Mr. Jemison has a close personal connection with Japan and will be starting his tenure as the principal of Bellarmine College Prep. In March this year a group of 64k students visited northern California where they visited BCP. Yesterday the teachers of the international department met with Mr. Jemison to discuss ways we can connect our school going forward. BCP actually has a very important historical link to Gakuin. When the school was first founded it relied a lot on support from Jesuits around the world. BCP students actually donated science supplies to Gakuin, no doubt without which it would’ve been impossible to become the school we are today.
